useNotebookOutline(props: UseNotebookOutlineOptions): UseNotebookOutlineResult
Extracts and sends a live notebook outline to the extension, monitoring cell changes in real-time.
Parameters
- props: UseNotebookOutlineOptions
  Hook configuration properties.
  
  Options for the useNotebookOutline hook controlling outline extraction and messaging.
  - documentUri: string
    URI of the document for outline identification.
  - notebookModel: NotebookModel
    Live notebook model to extract outline from.
  - vscode: OutlineMessageSender
    VS Code API for posting outline messages.
Returns UseNotebookOutlineResult
The current outline items array.
